Thursday...

A Wind Advisory remains in effect from 4 am to 6 PM PST Thursday.

* Winds: northerly winds with speeds of 20 to 30 mph and gusts
to 40 mph are forecast for much of the day Thursday with gusts
up to 45 mph possible over Lake County.

* Timing: the strongest winds are expected to occur between 4
am and 6 PM Thursday.

* Locations include: Stockton... Modesto... Chico... Redding...
Lakeport... Alder Springs

* impacts: difficulty driving especially for high profile
vehicles. Loose debris can be blown away... possibly into
roadways.
